libapache2-mod-php7.0 software package provides server-side, HTML-embedded scripting language (Apache 2 module), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-php7.0
libapache2-mod-php7.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-php7.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-php7.0 *
You will get with libapache2-mod-php7.0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
